Message	I know you weren't at fault at all, I just didn't know if the guy had insurance since you said he seemed not to. That'll have some effect on what you can get. Those bastards lowball *everyone* though...it's their job :( Be sure to take the results of this to the insurance people. Anything and everything helps to show them the value.
